We finally found a supplier out of Benson. Spent over 4 hours the following day traveling to pick up the equipment and the expense of doing so. Three days behind schedule, huge inconveniences, extra expenses, and hours of wasted time on the phone fixing a problem that stemmed from them not being organized or proactive in ensuring customers have the equipment promised to them, we finally got on our way. I would absolutely not recommend using this place of business for your moving/U-Haul needs. I understand things happen that are unforseen, but this was not the case in this situation. It could have been totally avoided had they taken the time to explain to us the protocol for renting from U-Haul and making sure the information provided to their customers is accurate. I'm not sure they have an understanding or knowledge of the workings within the company they are supplying for themselves. Therefore, they can not provide the reliability their customers need and deserve.

Poor customer service, unreliable, irresponsible and extremely unhelpful. We had a reservation to pick-up a truck and car trailor to move 1100 miles. We had 4 days to get to our new location and start our new jobs. They didn't have either of the equipment we had reserved and no solution to fix the issue. I was told this was due to a first come, first serve type basis that they failed to explain to us. What's the point of making a reservation if this is the case? Also, we were told by a regional manager that the only way you can guarantee your equipment be at a certain location on a certain date, is to put up a $50 deposit. We weren't told this either!!! Moving 1100 miles and paying $1200 for the truck and trailor rental we gladly would have done the $50 to guarantee it be there. We were ensured our reservation would be there on the date and time we scheduled it for. Not only did they not bother to call me and let me know our reservations weren't going to be available, they didn't try and arrange for us to get our truck/trailor from another local supplier, and attempt to fix they're negligence. INSTEAD, they gave me the number to 1800GOUHAUL and advised me to see if they could help me. Basically, we were on our own. They made no attempt to help us or fix their mistake. Instead of loading up our life as planned and giving ourselves time to get situated at our new home before starting our jobs, I spent the day going round and round with uhaul and trying to find the closest place that had what we needed available at such short notice.
