Sooo... this would be the third time I came here, every time I call ahead of time and make my appointments. Rather it be a oil change, tire patch or what ever the case is I'm waiting over 2 hrs. My last appointment was to get a tire patched, I waited about 2 hrs, paid and once I left the tire was lossing more air faster then it was before. I called back and they said they didn't see anything wrong with the tire. So I come waiting about 2 hours and pay them just for them to tell me nothing was wrong and my tire even more messed up. I mean yea I could go else where but we have so many options here in safford.

With the stress of being in an accident and dealing with someone else's insurance, she has made sure I have been accommodated accordingly so far. I appreciate the no pressure sales tactics & the test drive w/o a sales person present was refreshing. It all seemed to b clean including the restroom, BUT I haven't gotten notice to return for the repairs I was promised. That is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars.
