Bad Service. Wanted to buy a truck and actually do a lease. Business finance guy didn't know how to do a Lease and never heard anything back for 7 days!!!! No follow ups nothing. Almost like it was foreign to them on how to sell a vehicle. Shop around and go somewhere else. I went to a dealer in Mesa and was in/out in 2hrs with a New truck on a lease with someone that knew what they were doing. Even when I called the GM there he was unsympathetic
I called to have a headlight replace, was told they would call back after locating the part, no one called back. I ended up going to The Pit Stop. They replaced the light within an hour. I will NEVER call your business again and will suggest the same for anyone who asks.
They always go beyond my expectations! That's why we will never take our Nissan anywhere else. Thanks Johnson Motors you guys rock!!!!
