Great food at reasonable prices with good service.
People who were seated after us were served their food before us. When it did finally come, the burger had sat in the window for 5 minutes while the other sandwich was being made and was cold. The staff seemed more interested in talking to one another about the daily gossip than working. We thought we'd support the local business owners but we could have gone to Denny's, had a better meal and paid less and without the bad soap opera.
Mom and pops shop that just doesn't get old!!! Service was great and we had a huge party with us.
We came in on a Sunday after the lunch rush. The staff was pretty rude and could have cared less if we were there. Our omelletes had runny eggs on the inside, which was pretty disgusting. Just from the reception we got when we came in, we knew better than to ask for new omelletes, and we were kind of in a hurry anyway. This was our first time eating there, and honestly, for the money, Denny's would have been better. Sorry, Jerry's, but you need to have better management and hold your employees more accountable. There's no excuse in this day and age for under cooked eggs and horrible customer service. We won't be back.
