Pool was not heated as told. Women's Sauna didn't work. Spa was great. Air-conditioning didn't work all the time. Breakfast was varied and very good!
Rachel the evening clerk is very personable and helpful. I enjoyed working with her over the other night clerk's.
Great place to stay. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean over all a nice hotel to stay at.
The rooms were clean and we'll stocked. Though we didn't need it, the mini refrigerator was a nice surprise. The free complimentary breakfast the next morning was great, with a good selection of food. Would stay again if in Safford again.
