This is an update review from my previous one posted below...
Rooms are great and beat comfortable. Parking lot was a little sketchy at night.
Overall quiet rooms and friendly staff. Too many people take advantage of the rooms and smoke in them. The room smelt like smoke and the carpet is filthy.
They have done everything to correct the problems I faced the first time. I have stayed there multiple more times since then. The hotel is very quiet and all amenities work well. For a two-star hotel, it is very clean except the carpet. I usually only stay at 3 or more star hotels but didnt really have too many options. I was good as long as I wore sandals in the room but the bathroom floor is clean it is just the carpet. Best Western uses white sheets and sheets as duvets, so it is easy to make sure the bedding is clean and I appreciate that. For a small mining town hotel I am very pleased and I will stay their again in the future. I would give them 5 stars if they had new carpet!
Great central location, 2 room suite was perfect for my wife and kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent with a variety of options.
Room rate and cleanliness were good, the breakfast was normal, I have stayed there before and will do so again if I need a hotel in Safford
I've stayed in several Best Western's. This is one of the top 5. It's very well kept. The office staff is quick and pleasant The maid staff do a good job keeping the rooms clean. The maintenance in remodelling is done well. The breakfast . Is right up there with the top 5. I know I will be staying here again. When my movements bring me to this area.
