It sucked! Waited 3 hrs for new tires! Workers all went to lunch or break at the same time! Will not be back to the tire lube express and express it is not!
They get the job done but they're all idiots and unpleasant.
Took 4 hours just to get two oil changes done and it was the only two cars in the shop.
the service was to include vacuuming my entire car - an oil change and vacuuming- the kid was sitting IN my car when he sold the package. I get my car back and no vacuuming - I asked if they forgot and they said "no, we don't vacuum cars with personal items in them". So I asked for them to refund me $10 of the $60. They said "no". I asked for Manager. He forced the kid to vacuum my car, which is NOT what I asked for. Worse vacuum job ever!
