I was loyal customer for over 15 years. My car was stolen, went on a high speed car chase, and its oil pan was ramped into a hill and filled with sand. All they did was replace the front fender and oil pan. In the next year I had to replace the struts and motor mounts on my own. Not once did they think to check these. My vehicle should have been totaled. Their claims agent sucks to say the least. I more than paid for that car with my premiums and was stuck with an extra $33 a month for the next 3 years because they had to pay me.
Called and left messages, said they'd call back. Nothing!!! Went elsewhere where they actually care about helping you when needed.
Michelle is very personable and attentive to detail. She has excellent communication skills and has always been good about getting back to me regarding any concerns that I might have. She has been my insurance agent since 2007.
