I came in and saw a girl named Jessica and left with the worst haircut I've ever had. First she started cutting my hair dry and didn't pin it up to cut from the underside but instead she cut it as it lay saying that it was because my hair was already short. She seemed nice and made small talk but whenever I asked something about my hair she responded in a condescending tone but by then I was to far into my haircut to just leave. By the time it was over I was so frustrated and clearly and verbally upset over my hair that I just paid and left with a hacked off Bob, with no blending and because she didn't take into account how thick my hair is I now have a weird bump on the side of my head from where she attempted to do layers. I used to go into the Walmart salon whenever I needed a quick trim between appointments when I lived in the valley but now I know I can't do that here. Needless to say I left one star only because I had to and I will never ever go back.
Convenient location but the girl left a few long uncut stans which i had to cut myself when i got come, i didn't notice it until I was home.
I took my son to get a haircut. There was a picture on the wall of what he wanted but the stylist Jessica cut his hair very short and there is no way he can even style it. She washed his hair and said that he had dry scalp and said that he needed tea tree shampoo but when I said we has some, she decided he needed some other kind of shampoo. She was just interested in selling something.
I go here to get my hair cut every time. The ladies are nice and really try to take care of every person that comes in. Always do a great job.
Great service for the price. But you have to know who is cutting your hair. I always ask for Nicki because she always does a great job. She's great with short hair too!
