After calling in at 8 am, B&D responded to my house within 20 min. They fixed my A/C within two hrs of calling! Yay B&D!!!! I will be calling you from now on!
We woke up to a squeaking central air unit this morning on the coldest day of the year. B & D arrived at 1 p.m. as promised, got on the roof, told us what is wrong and gave us some workable options. The Tech was open, engaging, and honest. What a pleasant surprise! Thanks, B & D You're doing it right!
Called at 10:30, they were here within 20 minutes. They had my furnace up and running in another 15 minutes. I will be calling them for all my furnace/AC need from now on.
Horrible! I know a lot of people say they wish they could give zero stars but I truly mean it. I was trying to get a quote for my moms ac unit to be repaired. Needless to say it never happened. I tried getting a hold of the service manager for over two weeks. I spoke with his secretary at least 5 times, each time her promising that she would get him to call me back right away. I even left him voicemails and he didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. HIs secretary finally told me there's nothing she could do all she could do was forward me to his phone. I don't know if its a small town thing but I know if I owned the company I would at least have a little common courtesy to get back with potential customers. I hope there happy they lost a past and future customer. judging by their urgency I doubt they really care.
