They got like 100 chairs but not even enough doctors. Waited a hour for service in a empty waiting area wow. Thanks great.
Recommended by a friend, have seen most of the physicians and Nurse Practitioners because they take walk-ins as well as scheduled appointments. Have been extremely impressed with the service I have received from everyone - from front staff to doctors.
So I went in to get a shot that I get every 3 months. Usually, this shot takes under 2 minutes, a nurse sees me quickly does the shot then I'm on my way. I took my boyfriend with me, I went up to the counter and asked if I can get my depo shot today and the woman said we can get you in, then I handed her my prescription shot. I thanked her and we took our seats. We waited about 10 minutes and people started coming in for appointments about 2 groups. We waited for maybe a total of 50 minutes. Before my boyfriend got a little mad and asked the front desk why we haven't been seen. She told him there was only one doctor. Then he said can I just get my f****** shot back. She told him dont be so rude and he replied with well is she going to be seen in the next 5 minutes, if not I want her shot back. She called the doctor and asked if I could be seen then asked if my boyfriend if he could go sit down. I waited 3 minutes before they took me in, shot went as usual and I was on my way. I made sure to apologize for the incident on my way out.
