I only give it four stars because the spaces are small. Definitely can't bring a trailer to this location, but it's very easy to get to up the winding mountain road and the parking area is paved as well. Beautiful area, with a creek just below and a trail leading to it. Clean bathrooms, and plenty of trash bins (with recycling too!) But be sure to bring water as there's none here. There also wasn't much firewood and we were there with only one other couple. Overall, a very easy camp ground with great views of the city below!
Difficult to get to, but the location is beautiful. Nestled in the mountains, with tons of great hiking nearby. Possibility of snow in the early spring.
Beautiful area to have family get together.
We really enjoyed the time on the mountain. Sadly had to cut it short due to lightning strike
